Do you want to provide highly professional support to clients at a global airline company? We take care of our German clients who travel with us, offering them a high level of support over the phone and via email regarding their flights.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?

- Location Czech Republic or willingness to relocate

- Professional communication skills in German and advanced English
- Participation on the onsite training in Brno for 6 or 10 weeks (depending on whether you work from the office or from home afterwards - we cover accommodation)
- experience in client care , customer suuport etc.
- advantage
- time flexibility and the ability to work in shifts (including weekends)

- punctuality, reliability, professional approach to work
