Currently, they are searching for talent for the HR department with a demand for the German language. You will engage in various HR processes, using multiple tools and strategies for enhancing the productivity of the employees. The character of the job is mostly administrative.


What will be your daily tasks?

- Working with HR administration systems (both searching data and entry data)
- Collecting and filling personnel and benefits files
- Daily communication with employees regarding different queries and questions (including employment terms, HR systems, and programs, legislation)
- Creating and preparation of HR documents such as letters, contracts, forms, etc.
- Submitting and making-up reports, briefings correspondence, and presentations
- Be accountable for HR administrative transactional activities concerning payroll, contracts, personnel documentation, etc.

Požadavky

- Experience in HR, customer service, or administration sector (1-3 years)
- Broad communication skills and people-oriented type of person
- Fluent German and English
- A sense of confidentiality of information
- Previous experience from an international company is highly eligible
- Nice to have experience with SAP
