Your responsibilities will be:
- Handle customer claims, debit notes, and disputes following specified procedures
- Investigate claims promptly, gathering necessary information for approval or rejection
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among accounts receivable, customer service, finance, and other departments
- Digitally file completed claims forms, documentation, and proof of deliveries
- Issue credit notes promptly
- Min. 1 year experience in a similar position
- Knowledhe of MS Office - Excel, Word, Outloook
- Knowledge of SAP (FSCM including)
- Proficiency in English - verbal and written
- Other languages are an advantage
