Main responsibilities:
- prompt and efficient response to critical incidents
- ensuring communication updates to stakeholders
- documentation, process improvements, helping with post-incident analyses
- oversee incident queues and communication channels
- work closely with technical teams
- document and improve incident communication procedures
Working fund: 37,5 h/week - 12 hours shifts, continuous day/night operation
Salary: 40 - 60 000 CZK/m (depends on seniority)
- bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
- experience in managing incidents, analysis, and reporting
- knowledge of technical concepts and terminology related to IT infrastructure
- problem-solving skills and the ability to provide accurate and effective communication
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- willingness to work in a 12-hour shift model (day/night)
