What is your role going to look like?
- Together with your team members you will be supporting French speaking market
- Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
- Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
- You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients
- You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone
Location: Prague - Palmovka
Start: immediately
Salary: 45 - 50 000 CZK/month
- Native level of French and fluent level of English language
