We are currently looking for accounting enthusiasts (EVEN Graduates!) who speak German (just for email communication).
Our client, an international company is expanding - there is a big chance for professional growth!
Here are some of your future responsibilities:
- Update pricing based on information provided by the sales team
- Issuing credit and debit notes in SAP on daily bases
- Setting up and keeping process with Team leader
- Complaints processing
- Working with MS Excel and SAP system
- Daily communication with sales representatives and colleagues from other teams
- Work with EDI system (electronic sending of invoices).
Previous accounting experience is an advantage!
- High school education
- MS Office (mainly Outlook and Excel)
- English on level B2 and higher (e-mail, phone)
- German on level B1r (e-mail)
- Knowledge of the Czech language on level C1 or higher
- Eye for detail
- Customer orientation
SAP knowledge is an advantage.
