As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Organization of seminars and events
- Scheduling of meetings, trainings and business trips
- Travel arrangements
- Communication with management
- Administrative ad hoc tasks
- Support during team meetings (connection, meeting minutes)

Start date: ASAP
Contract till March 2023

Požadavky

- Upper-intermediate/fluent English for communication with management
- Fluent Czech or Slovak in both spoken and written form
- Experience from administration from international environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - preparation of presentations, revision of documents, reports etc.
- Excellent communication skills (professional approach towards employees)
- Organized and detail-oriented
