We are seeking an Onboarding Associate that will become a part of a fast-paced team
As the first point of contact for all new employees, your daily responsibilities will be:
- Being first point of contact for all of the new employees
- Manage the onboarding process for all candidates from the hiring stage through the end of the probationary period
- Plan all onboarding materials and events
- Compile and send all onboarding materials as well as needed documents to each new hire within the organization
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
- Other EU languages are perceived as a bonus
- Ideally 1 year of experience in the HR department; same role is not needed
- Extremely well developed communication skills and verbal delivery
- MS office user
- Pro-activity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
