An exciting opportunity for a well-established HR Professional speaking GERMAN, looking for that next step in their career as an HR Business Partner supporting the employees in Eastern and northern Europe market. This role will have the responsibility of the UK HR function, supporting two locations with one direct report.
Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Support office, home-based and field employees in Eastern and northern Europe
- Be the contact person for our employees and managers and improve relations between staff and employers
- Work with the internal HR database
- Support Hiring managers in the recruitment
- Co-coordinating and overseeing the onboarding process of new hires, in the area of benefits, medical checks, training or systems
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices
- HR Reporting- regular and ad hoc
- Communication with the German Work Council.
We need you to have:
- University degree and International experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the HR field in an SSC company as an advantage
- Fluent in English + Advanced German language skills
- the ability to perform well in an international company, to be good at networking and relationship building - strong project manager
- experience with SAP HR preferred, MS Office Package – advanced must have
- Knowledge of Workday advantage
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Driving license B and willingness to travel
