Motivation is a priority, you do not have to have previous experience in this field.
You will learn and develop your knowledge by managing the following tasks:
·        Support employees in Eastern and Northern Europe 
·        Creation and administration of employee files and records following GDPR 
·        Organize medical checks for employees and the related agenda including reporting
·        Manage all pre-onboarding, onboarding, and leave related activities for employees, incl. contracts management
·         Provide regular HR analysis and KPIs reporting from the systems for the management and HR use
·         Manage and administer visas letters 
·        Participation in various HR projects and activities
·        Providing admin support for HR Business Partner

                                    You need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in HR - at least 2 years
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Fluent German (any additional language is an advantage)
- Good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Creativity, can-do attitude, great performer skills.
