This role is suitable for anyone who enjoys communication, negotiation, analyzing results, and administration.
You will be:
- Interacting with internal business clients to clarify requirements, agreeing on procurement tactic, addressing queries and issues
- Negotiating Terms & Conditions
- Executing procurement strategies
- Preparing tenders, request for quotations, sealed bids, conducting reverse auction events and related duties
- Identifying points for improvement
- Fluent English and German/French/Dutch (B2+)
- Some experience in Procurement or Sales
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently
- Ablility to negotiate and interact with Suppliers and Clients
