As a Lead Transportation Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a small team of specialists for our international client, a global provider of assistance services.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage, direct and monitor the transport services and the overall performance of the Transport team
- Find ways to optimize local processes in transport case handling
- Monitor and report on transportation costs
- Ensure proper documentation of all cases
- Supervise adequate organization of shifts
What you already have:
- Native or proficient level of written and spoken Czech and English(C1+)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of GBS (Amadeus) – advanced level
- Advanced geographical and political knowledge
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
