Main responsibilities:
- Primarily assigned to online / electronic activities without the inbound customer interactions.
- Manages product and service complaints forms from customers: monitoring and processing offline customer complaints and warranties in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy and professionalism.

Salary: 200 CZK/h
Workload: 20 - 30 hrs/week
