Job description:
- deliver application support with the main focus on Incident and Problem Management
- working with ServiceNow platform
- collaborate with other support teams within the organization and external suppliers
- maintain and gain knowledge of supported applications
- support delivery of build projects through its lifecycle
- seek to continuously improve efficiency within supported applications

Longterm cooperation for 20 hours/week.

Location: Prague 4 - near Chodov metro station
Salary: 180-200 CZK/hour
- High school/University education - student of IT field
- IT background is must
- excellent English (both verbal and written) and good communication skills
- advanced knowledge of MS Excel - pivot tables, lookup, if formulas etc. (VBA/macros is advantage)
- knowledge of JavaScript, Java or Python
