Our client is a well-established, rapidly growing international company that is currently looking for a new member for their team. Right now they are looking for a Customer Account Manager.
These will be your daily responsibilities:
- Customer Service Management of 30+ Customer Accounts
- Customer care, creating relationships with customers and maintenance of these key relationships
- Determine possible areas for business growth.
- Proactive evaluation of internal KPIs to guarantee service excellence
- Organize efforts to achieve financial goals.

Using key account KPIs, prepare periodical reports on progress and forecasts for internal stakeholders
- Propose and o ffer a customized solution, have a complete awareness of the important consumer wants and criteria.
- Deal with concerns and any issues consumers may have to preserve confidence
What you shall already have:
- Fluent Czech and English is a must (B2+/C1)
- At least one years experience in Customer Service Management
- Experience from Account Management is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, you will be in contact with customers and clients on a daily basis (in person and virtually)
- MS Office Package is a must (Excel reporting)
- Experience from FMCG field is an advantage
- Experience with Supply Chain is a great plus (communication with suppliers)
- Driving License B needed
