Our client is a well-established, rapidly growing international company that is currently looking for a new member for their team. Right now they are looking for two new members of their Customer Service Team - Retail Account Manager and Key Account Manager.
Depending on your role, these shall be your daily responsibilities:
- Assets controlling (in case of retail)
- Negotiation with clients/customers on a daily basis
- Optimizing asset productivity through prudent asset flow management
- Establishing and keeping partnerships with trustworthy clients at the proper levels
- Customer care, creating relationships with customers and maintenance of these key relationships
- Determine possible areas for business growth.
- Possibility of new clients acquisition
- Asissting on audits and its organization
- Communication with other departments to reach highest efficiency
What you shall already have:
- Fluent Czech and English is a must (B2+/C1)
- Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / FMCG is a must (not in virtual product)
- Experience with Account Management and negotiations
- B2B experience isa must
- Driving License B needed
- Willingness to travel!
