A well-established, gradually growing international IT company that is currently looking for a Service Desk Team Leader with English.

Your daily tasks will be:
- Leading a team of experienced L1 IT Service Desk team members
- Creating technical documentation and keeping it accurate
- Developing training materials for new colleagues
- Communication with clients
- Managing the internal database
- Monitoring KPIs and presenting solutions
- Advanced level of spoken and written English (B2+/C1)
- Energetic, dynamic and pro-active approach
- Communication, compassion and social skills are a must
- Experience with Team Leading or Management position in Service/Help Desk is a must
- It is a plus to have a Degree in Computer Sciences or similar (not needed)
- Network security and anti-virus knowledge is an advantage (not needed)
