A skilled worker (machinist) and unskilled worker (worker in prodcution) are needed for the car glass production line of a leading automotive manufacturer located in Bílina, Czech Republic. This production line requires someone who is comfortable handling simple machines in a production line setting. The work schedule consists of two shifts, with a 12-hour day/night system.
As part of the selection procedure, candidates will be required to demonstrate their manufacturing skills. The work agency will cover transport costs, including costs associated with relocating to new accommodation, and will handle all administrative procedures related to the job change.

You will not be employee of work agency, but you will be employed directly under client. Work agency is just providing recruitments and helping candidates with proces of job change.
The ideal candidate for machinist has at least even small experience with reading blueprints and work sheets. Candidates will have to follow procedures, and work comfortably with simple machines in a production line setting.
The production worker is not have to be capable to read blueprints.
