- Creating new content in mutiple platforms
- Working with metadata and page contents to ensure it appears in the right search results
- Evolving content by eliminating anything outdated
- Actively seeking feedback from all levels and work with other writers to raise the bar

- Experience in technical (instructional) writing is must
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, technical writing, computer science or a related field
- Proofing documents/ editing in English
- Customer Service mindset
- WYSIWYG HTML formatting
- proficient verbal and written communication
- proficient in Microsoft office suite
