Day to day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Help customers process their orders and answer questions related to their orders (by phone and email)
- Communicate with customers via live chat
- Receive telephone queries
- Update customer records in our internal system
- Monitor customer feedback to improve the internal processes
