We are seeking a Junior Electromagnetic Compatibility Research and Development Engineer with experience in automotive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting EMC tests, developing solutions to problems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and assisting with design modifications to improve product performance.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Conduct EMC design reviews, testing, and analysis of automotive electronics and electrical systems.
- Design, develop and implement solutions to problems in automotive systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
- Analyze and interpret data from tests and provide recommendations based on results.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance is integrated into the design process.
- Support the development of test plans and specifications.
- Identify technical issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Assist with design modifications and optimization to improve product performance.
- Participate in EMC training for the company when needed.
What do we expect you to have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and standards for automotive electronics and electrical systems.
- Experience with testing and analysis
- Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strong technical written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge and experience with software tools used in EMC design and analysis.
