- Manage and update employee data in internal HR information systems
- Create and maintain HR documentation
- Maintain employee payroll records
- Recruiting activities (pre-screenings, jobs posting)
- Collaborate with hiring manager
- Support with internal trainings
What you already have:
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, with a focus on employee relations and recruitment
- Command of Czech (C2)
- Command of English (C1)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
