Key responsibilities:
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Welcome visitors, offer refreshments, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Book hotels and taxis for employees and visitors
- Handle the management of access cards for employees and visitors.
- Order office supplies, refreshments
- Manage employee benefits
- Prepare meeting rooms for various events
- Occasionally visit post offices
- Invoice management
What you already have:
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in office administration or related roles is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
