We are looking for a Trade Compliance Analyst to join the Trade Compliance group in Prague.
Main responsibilities:
- Data analysis and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with all import laws and regulations (including determining importer and exporter of records, country of origin, and support assignment of tariff codes)
- Serve as a global resource for other Trade compliance activities as required
- Act as the key trade focal with sites, vendors, and suppliers in terms of Customs matters
- Manage and maintain special customs regimes
- Analyze and determine eligibility for certifications under Free Trade Agreements and Trade Preference Programs for imported goods
- Investigate and prepare draft responses to Customs inquiries and notices
- Collect and analyze import and export data and support a recordkeeping program of the entry packages
- Support any Customs Compliance development
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-5 years’ working experience in customs trade compliance, supply chain, logistics or a related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- A team player who enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment and has a high attention to detail
