We are currently seeking an experienced Support Engineer for a new project for a company based in Prague.
The platform is SAP BW4HANA, if you already have experience with it, you are the right candidate!
What will be your main responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the platform
- Data analysis
- Supporting users; consumers and providers
- Delivery support, ticket management
- Daily communication with other support teams, they will teach you what they know about the Polaris platform
- Ensuring quality of support delivery and quality of processes
- Resolving queries, bug fix, reducing tickets, investigating and resolving technical issues
- Supporting teams such as DevOps
- Experience with Supporting the SAP BW4HANA platform is a must
- we are looking for someone between 3-5 years of experience
- business intelligence knowledge and data warehousing tools experience are a must
