Position: Customer Coordinator |GERMAN|
Work environment: Corporate business/ Healthcare
Your daily responsibilities will be:
- Daily communication with customers in Dutch via phone or mail
- Answering all of the customer's inquires
- Working with company system according to company parameters
- Adding new customers into the company system
- Being ready to calm down customers if needed
- Administrative and ad-hoc tasks
- Strong command of German and English (C1 level)
- SAP ERP experience is an advantage; similar order processing ERPs such as Oracle etc. are also considered
- Previous customer service experience is an absolute must (ideally SSC environment)
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong PC skills (MS Office, ERP)
- Stress resistant, ability to work independently
- Team spirit
