We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Logistics Team Supervisor with Russian within an international transportation company.

Your daily tasks will be:
- Supervising and coordinating day-to-day logistics operations.
- Handling and resolving escalations from team members or clients.
- Managing staffing activities such as timesheets, time off requests, team growth
- Coaching, and performance evaluations
- Assisting the Logistics Manager in various operational tasks and projects.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting effective solutions.
- Generating reports and conducting analysis to monitor and enhance logistics performance
- Fluent knowledge of English and Russian is must
- Experience in handling shipments to Middle East / North Africa / Turkey (MENA region)
- Knowledge in International Trade & Management
- MS Office package needed, including Excel
- Leadership/coaching skills
- Communicative person with client-oriented attitude
- Willing to do well compensated emergency coverage (weekend and after hours)
