Main responsibilities:
- Primarily assigned to online / electronic activities without the inbound customer interactions.
- Responsible for monitoring and processing offline customer orders and requests.
- Manages product and service complaints forms from customers: monitoring and processing offline customer complaints and warranties.
- Ensures a correct offline order management: Quotations, Orders, Deliveries and Invoices.
- Owns the billing process: correct invoicing, conducts invoice rectifications requested by customers.

- Excellent communication skills in writing
- Knowledge of SAP is advantage
